A Zurich room with history
A special detail of our restaurant is the painted ceiling by Alois Carigiet, one of the best-known Swiss artists of the 20th century. He became especially famous for his illustrations for Schellen-Ursli, the Swiss children’s classic by Selina Chönz. Works such as Flurina and the Wild Bird, The Big Snow and Zottel, Zick and Zwerg still shape his unmistakable visual world today.
