Our Korean restaurant Misoga in Zurich Seefeld is looking for a cook with professional restaurant kitchen experience. Experience in Korean cuisine is particularly welcome; Japanese or other relevant Asian cuisine experience is also valuable.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare Korean and Asian dishes for lunch and evening service
- Mise en place and careful preparation of kitchen operations
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards and work with the kitchen and service teams
Your profile
- Experience in a professional restaurant kitchen
- Reliable communication in everyday kitchen work in German or English
- Valid authorisation to work in Switzerland
An advantage
- Experience in Korean, Japanese or other relevant Asian cuisine
- Culinary training or an equivalent qualification
- Korean or Chinese language skills
- Vocational trainer qualification
