Bibimbap in Zurich
Rice, vegetables, egg and gochujang, mixed at the table: bibimbap is Korea's most famous rice bowl, served in a hot stone pot at Misoga.
What is bibimbap?
Bibimbap literally means mixed rice: warm rice, colourful vegetables, egg and spicy gochujang are combined at the table. In the hot stone pot a delicate rice crust forms at the bottom, which makes the dish special. Every bowl is a complete, balanced meal.
