What is So Bulgogi?

Bulgogi means fire meat: thinly sliced beef marinated in soy sauce, pear, garlic and sesame oil, served hot. The balance of sweet and savoury makes bulgogi Korea's best-known meat dish and a perfect introduction to Korean cooking.

At Misoga you can have So Bulgogi two ways: prepared in the kitchen and served for sharing, or as Teibeul Babikyu, grilled right at your table. The table BBQ is our centrepiece for convivial evenings: meat, banchan, lettuce wraps and sauces, all fresh at the table.

What is the difference between So Bulgogi and table BBQ?

Classic So Bulgogi arrives ready to eat. With the table BBQ you grill the marinated beef yourself at the table grill, with banchan and lettuce leaves for wrapping.

Do I need a reservation for the table BBQ?

A reservation is highly recommended so the grill table is prepared. For groups, an early request is worthwhile.

When is So Bulgogi - Korean beef bulgogi in Zurich available at Misoga?

On the dinner menu, Monday to Saturday from 18:00.
